Time to meditate. When you use your Absorb Ability, check Serenity’s Triad. If your Spirit is adjacent to any slot in that Triad, choose one of the following benefits: gain 1 Essence, or gain 2 WP, or draw 1 Emotion card.
This is a Strong Emotion. It enters play, when the Mild Emotion TRANQUILITY is Empowered.
Empower is a Spirit Action available in the Full Game rules.
