When you put Lethargy into play in a Realm slot, if there is a Fortress with Bliss Intensity in that Realm, remove it if it is a Minor Fragment or downgrade it to a Minor Fragment if it is a Major Fragment. The garrison just doesn’t feel up to fighting right now.
This is a Strong Emotion. It enters play, when the Mild Emotion BITTERNESS is Empowered.
Empower is a Spirit Action available in the Full Game rules.
