Safety will protect other Emotions. Opposing Spirits must pay an additional 2 WP to quell an Emotion adjacent to Safety. Each Emotion slot is adjacent to exactly two other slots. If there are multiple Safeties, their effects are cumulative — an Emotion between 2 Safeties would cost an additional 4 WP to quell.

This is a Mild Emotion. If this Emotion is Empowered, it is replaced with a Strong Emotion called FREEDOM.

Empower is a Spirit Action available in the Full Game rules.
