Envy wants that! When you put Envy into play, choose an opposing Spirit and remove 1 Vibe token from one of that Spirit’s upgrades. Then you may unlock or upgrade any of your Spirit Actions using 1 Vibe token of your choice. Note that you can only affect your opponent’s upgrade, not the base Action.
This is a Strong Emotion. It enters play, when the Mild Emotion JEALOUSY is Empowered.
Empower is a Spirit Action available in the Full Game rules.
