When you put Insecurity into play, choose an opposing Mild Emotion and place an Insecurity token on its power to denote that the power cannot be used anymore. This token remains even if Insecurity leaves play. If the target Emotion has an Intensity token, remove it.

This is a Mild Emotion. If this Emotion is Empowered, it is replaced with a Strong Emotion called DOUBT.
