DOUBT

When you put Doubt into play, choose an opposing Emotion and place an Insecurity token on its power to denote that the power cannot be used anymore. If the target Emotion has an Intensity token, remove it. This is just like Insecurity’s power, except that it can be applied even to a Strong Emotion — even the strongest have their doubts.

This is a Strong Emotion. It enters play, when the Mild Emotion INSECURITY is Empowered.
