Where do discarded tokens and cards go?
It depends.
Discarded Mystery cards are kept and reshuffled if the deck runs out; all other discarded cards are removed from the game. Discarded Discovery tokens are removed from the game; all other tokens and markers are returned to the stock. (The Carpenter's 'A new idea' special ability is an exception to this rule.)
