What does the "closest source" mean?
If you are instructed to find the "closest source" of resources to the camp, the closest source is on the same Island tile as the camp. If there is none there, then the closest source is adjacent, and if there is none there either, then further away. Exhausted sources don’t count when working out the closest source.
