Clarifications around Pilfering.
You are allowed to pilfer a good from a location you rule that is not a Farm.
When an Outpost is upgraded into a Farm, any goods already present in that location
(except goods on Landscapes) become part of that Farm and you cannot pilfer from your
own farms.
