How do you place them/use Reeves?
When you do a Push/Pull in a Guild and a Reeve is not already there, add one from your
supply to the guild and score an extra VP. If a Reeve is already at that guild, score 1 VP for
it, then score 1 VP if your other Reeve is present at another Guild.
