Can I do a push in the Monk guild even if the Farmers guild already has 4 beads atop Chickens, just to take my share of the Shillings in the church coffer?
No
If a guild push cannot be done due to space limitations, you are not allowed to take
that action, therefore you cannot split the coffer.
