Can I choose to Rest, when ANOTHER PLAYER rolls dice during the Night Phase?
No
Only the player who rolls the dice can choose to Adventure or to Rest (before rolling the dice) - if you are Adventuring, you must resolve the dice actions each time they are rolled.
