Do I advance my Magic Token, when I use the Staff to learn a Spell on a higher Magic Track space?

You don't physically advance the Magic Token when you use the Staff. The Staff only allows you to learn Spells that are a higher level than the current progress of the Magic Track.
If I defend from a Damage symbol with a Shield, do I prevent 1 damage or all of the damage from this symbol?
All (from 1 symbol)
If you have a Shield and spend 1 Power to defend against taking damage, this negates all the damage that 1 Damage symbol would otherwise deal (-1 to -3 damage).
If I'm attacking with a Bow while one Map Card away from the Goblin, can I use the Sword to attack this Goblin?
No
A Hero must be at a Goblin Portal to use the Sword. Note: if also equipped with a Bow and attacking from one Map Card away, the Sword ability does not apply.

Your Health or Power cannot exceed the maximum of 10.

Related Rule(s)
Can I complete a Temple during multiple rounds?
If not Exhausted
When you choose to Rest, your Heroes on a space of a Temple Track other than the last space, remain for the next Day Phase. But if you become Exhausted, all your Heroes must return to your Castle.
Related Rule(s)
If I choose to Rest (without Exhausting), can I choose to return all of my Heroes to my Castle?

What happens if a Conjure Magic symbol is rolled, when the Magic Token is already on the last Magic Track space?
