When a Solo Enemy Unit is activated, it goes through these Activation Steps in order:
1. Check for
Melee Attack
2. Check for
Missile or
Spell Attack
3. Perform
Movement
4. *Check for
Melee Attack
5. *Check for
Missile or
Spell Attack
*Steps 4 and 5 are skipped if the unit is Weakened (see Weakened Solo Enemy Units).
It attempts these in order until it either makes an attack or runs out of options. Its turn then ends.
