On your turn, you must choose a different section of your Player Mat than you did the previous turn. Take either the top-row action, the bottom-row action, or both (starting with the top action). First pay the full cost of the action (all icons on exposed red boxes), then gain the benefit (exposed green boxes). If you select a bottom-row action, the player to your left may start to take their turn while you decide exactly which upgrade, mech, structure, or recruit you will gain. Remember to take the coins from the bottom-row actions!
