Can I use Shadow Walk to enter unexplored rooms?

Yes.
Also, if you enter an unexplored room with an enemy in it, you do NOT take a damage. When a Hero enters a room in any form of stealth mode, the enemy doesn't notice this and is therefore unable to ambush.
