Depending on player count, after every 3rd or 4th round Crime Time phase will occur.
Crime Time is an additional phase during the End Step, in which the Town will receive damage, Red Incidents will become more severe and a new Enemy will come into play.
The following steps take place during Crime Time in order:
First, all CT Skill of Enemies in play will trigger.
Second, the town suffers as much damage as there are Yellow and Red Incident Cards in play.
Third, each Red Incident in play receives a Burn token.
Fourth, the top card of the Enemy Deck is revealed and added into play.
Finally, Incident Cards are revealed to the left of the Incident Deck to fill all empty slots.
Afterwards, the turn passes to the next player and playing continues.
