King Kaiju Ability
After each player's End Phase, King Kaiju moves to the next town along this route:
Oi --> Shinagawa --> Tamachi --> Hamamatsucho --> Shinbashi --> Kasumigaseki
If King Kaiju makes it to Kasumigaseki, players lose the game.
