Power-Up Action Rule
Unlike any other action, Power Up costs EXP, rather than Energy Cards to be used.
After using Power Up Action, choose one of the 7 Upgrades depicted on the right side of the Power-Up Board and pay the required amount of Experience to take that Upgrade.
Each player can perform the same Upgrade as many times as they want as long as that upgrade is available to them.
Players can't spend EXP to use the Power Up action before finishing gaining EXP.
