E. Each player rolls two Swift Dice (green six-sided) and adds their results together (disregard any icons rolled). Starting with the player with the highest result and proceeding in descending order (reroll any ties), each player chooses a Racer and takes its corresponding Racer Meeple, Racer Card, Skull Marker, and the fifteen Fan cubes matching its color.

Each Player then places their Racer Meeple anywhere on the Starting Track Piece that doesn't already contain another Racer.
