The Frigate effect is printed on the Sequence board.

Each player can only board their own Frigate. A Frigate provides the two effects when boarded, from which you can choose one:

A Maneuver and/or attack with your Frigate, in any order. Note that this is the same as a Fighter’s effects, but a Frigate does not have the Strafe ability.
