Stage II cards
Most Stage II cards show a fortress symbol.
When learning to play, these do nothing, but when you want to kick the difficulty up a notch, perform this action the first time you resolve each Invader Card with this symbol, before adding Explorers:
On each Board: Add 1 Town to a land without a City.
