Removing Blight
Some Powers let you Remove Blight. When you remove Blight from the Island, return it to the Blight Pool.
This is the only way to prolong or "heal" Lands from Blight tokens.
Removing Blight doesn't return any previously lost Presence tokens back to the Island.
