If an escaping Herbivore removes a Barrier and makes another Dinosaur outside of an Enclosure, does this Dinosaur escape too?
No
If discarding a Barrier due to an escape penalty would cause an Enclosure to not be “closed,“ the remaining fed Dinosaurs do not escape. However, they do not breed during the 6th phase.
