Specialization tiles present the player with additional bonuses of an income tile or a development tile when picked up by students, or by your worker, on the Tracks board. When gained, take the appropriate tile and place it on your bookshelf (income tile) or desk (development tile).

There are 10 in the box, but only 5 are used in any given game.
