Star Scrappers: Cave-In
6th Step (deal Command cards)
Each players randomly takes one of four available Command cards, and receives the Faction Totem of the corresponding color. Each player places their Command card and Faction Totem in their play area, leaving space to play Mercenary cards and create their Base.
