Playing the 7th card is considered to be a "7th turn", so any resources used to play for the 6th card are reset for the next card.
What is the number of Guilds for a specific amount of players?

Can I use two different Science symbols on the Scientist Guild to score both sets?

One symbol is picked and that's what it is.

Only the players change hands, the draw deck for the Free City stays in place.
In the 2 Player version, if there's a possibility of building free for the Free City, does that card need to be played?

But if the player decides to play that card, it has to be constructed for free.

Normally the player can choose whether to build the structure for free or use the Free Construction. In a 2-player game, the Free City has to use the Free Construction if possible.

How do I build for free (chains)?
Structures might have, to the right of their resource cost, the name of a structure from a previous age. If this is already built, then that Structure can be built for free.
When constructing the Forum (Age II), it states as a previous requirement "Trading Post". In the Age I deck there's no such card, but I have constructed the "East Trading Post", does this count.

If you have constructed East or West Trading Post, you can Construct the Forum for free.
My Neighbour has an Age II card that produces two goods (for example Sawmill or Quarry). When I buy that resource through Commerce, do I get both for 2 coins?

Each resource is a different purchase.
How do I buy resources from my Neighbours?
Players are able to purchase the resources from BROWN and GRAY cards and the initial resource that the Wonder board has. Unless a construct states otherwise, each resource bought costs 2 coins.
If the neighboring city is producing 1 stone, can that resource be bought more than once by one player.
No
Each resource can be bought one per turn per each player. Several players can buy that same resource though.
If a player's city is producing a certain resource, does that player have to use that resource when constructing or can it be bought instead from a neighboring city.
A player must use their own resource before buying one from their neighbors.
If I play a card mistakenly (not enough resources to complete), but a neighbor in the same turn built a structure that produces this resource, can this resource be bought to complete the construction?
No
Same rule as with coins, you can't spend coins that you don't "own" yet.
Can I buy the resource from a card played this turn by a player next to me?
No
The only resources which can be used are those which were available before the card was played.
Can I at any point look through the discard pile?
No
Looking through the discard pile is only allowed with certain special effects from Wonders.
When a card grants coins, is that money taken when the card is played or at the end of the Age?

If I build Vineyard or Bazar, and one of the neighbors builds with the special effect of Halicarnassus (build from discard), will I get a coins for this structure?

Each player that buys from a Construct like this, has to choose which of these elements they want to buy.
How do I count the Science points?
You count first "Sets of Identical Symbols" and then "Sets of 3 different symbols".
If a card is mistakenly played that the player does not have resources to complete, is the card discarded for no reward?
No
That card can either be turned in to a Stage of the Wonder if the player has resources for that or to 3 coins by discarding.
Can I build more than one of the same structure?
No
No duplicates are allowed.
What happens if a structure that was built is a duplicate and it's only noticed later on.
Discard the duplicate for 3 coins.
Should the Wonder stages be built according to the Era being played (1st stage at Age 1, 2nd stage at age 2...)?
No
You can build them during any era. You only have to build them in the correct order. Also, building them remains optional.
