Region Order
Every region other than the Shores region has a REGION ORDER NUMBER that determines when it is assessed during scoring and in certain other circumstances. The map’s region order never changes from game to game, and it is shown directly on the map.
A region’s order number is not related to its victory point value and does not contribute to its value when scoring.
