London setup changes

When playing on the London side of the map, players need to use the appropriate Destination card deck.

During setup players have to randomly place Connection tiles on each of the eight Connection stations (marked with a green dot).

During the game player will be able to score points by joining two identical Conncetion tiles with a single line, as well as creating loops.

Landmark tiles are not used when playing on the London side of the map.
