When the Delirium Track allows me to reroll a certain number of dice, can I reroll UP TO this number of dice?
Yes
You don't have to reroll the maximum number of dice allowed by your Delirium Track. However, you must choose how many dice you will reroll before doing so - you cannot reroll 1 die, wait for the result, and then reroll another die.
