Player wants to build the 1st stage of their Wonder, the lighthouse of Alexandria. Their City produces 2 Brick, so they place the card half covered under that stage, to mark that it has been constructed.

From now on, that player produces the Resources marked on the 1st stage of their Wonder for their own usage.
