This global parameter (mean temperature at the equator) starts at -30°C.

The mean temperature at the equator is raised 2
˚C at a time from -30˚C to +8˚C. This will create
an equatorial zone where water stays liquid. This
symbol means that you raise the temperature 1 step,
and therefore you also increase your TR 1 step.
