If cubes accidentally fall off the Tesseract, what do we do?
Reconstruct
This is not a dexterity game. Simply do your best to reconstruct the Tesseract as best as you can. If you can remember the values and placement, that's ideal - but so long as the number of dice on the Tesseract is unchanged, it should not overly impact the game - even if it is not exactly the same.
If a Researcher removes the last cube from a column of the Tesseract and reveals an Event icon during their Action phase, does the Event trigger immediately?
Yes
Events are resolved when they are revealed, regardless of the current phase or what causes it.
If a Researcher adjusts a cube in the Primed Area so that it is the third Primed cube of a given value (or more), does it cause a Breach?
No
Breaches are only caused when the Tesseract Primes a cube or through the resolution of Event icons.
