Once you have chosen the Veto card, you place it face up in front of you. You are then allowed to completely pre-vent a Special action that someone wants to perform this or next round. All others must announce their Special action before performing it. You must immediately deci-de whether you want to prevent this Special action. You cannot cancel a Special action if it has already begun.

Discard the "Veto" card after you have used it, or latest at the end of the next round.
