You can only choose on which track to place the random ball (will-o´-the-wisp) on.

Do I put the balls back to the bag after my turn?
No.
The balls are left to the bottom of the board after the player's turn. If in the beginning of a player's turn all balls are already on the board, they are then put back into the bag.
What happens when there is no more spaces left on the track to place a figure on?
When a figure cannot be placed, it goes onto the goal tile.
