On the bounty's turn, do the following:
1. After the player’s turn, the Bounty adds a Terp card from the top of the deck to it’s Stash. Any Terps in the bounty's stash are inactive. See "Bounty's Stash" for more information.
2. Once a Bounty’s stash is full (3 Max), it will purge all Stashed Terps. See "Terp Purge" for more information.
3. End of Bounty's turn.
