1) Place all Character tiles in the bag.

2) Place all Coins and the Treasure Map in the centre of the table.

3) Randomly give the same Adventure board to each player.

- Make sure to include the board with a Pirate Falg (upper-left corner). It will be used to identify the player who starts the game.

- It is recomended to use Adventure board A for the first game.

4) Finally, place a player Aid between each player.

The player that has a PIrate Flag on their Adventure Board start the game.
