Playing Turns

Players take turns to play. Each turn has five (5) phases which are always done in the following order.

Phase 1: Roll Dice

Phase 2: Resolve Dice

Phase 3: Enter Tokyo

Phase 4: Buy Power Cards

Phase 5: End of Turn

Players take turns on clockwise order.
