Shrink Ray

Shrink Tokens stay even if their associated card(s) is discarded. You cannot remove these Tokens while you are in Tokyo: You must be outside of Tokyo to use the Heal result to remove Shrink Tokens. Outside Tokyo, you can remove one Shrink Token for each Heal result - and if you do, you do not gain a Life Point for that result.
