During the Turquoise penguins turn, they haven't completely passed through a door with a Fish token above it and so it can't be collected.

At the beginning of the Turquoise penguins next turn, they will be able to choose to move their penguin to an orange line in that room, where the penguin can be seen, if looking at it from above.

If the Turquoise penguin's player chooses to make a flick while being stuck in a door, they won't receive a Fish token as they haven't completely passed through a door.
