END ROUND

When all cards have been played, the Round is over. You may look around the table and assess where scores currently are, but they will roller coaster up and down throughout the game—and only the final configuration of your Alliance at the end of the game will determine the winner. For now, give the Scepter card to the player who resolved their card last.

This player is now the Scepter Holder until the end of the next round. If this was the 5th round, proceed to end-of-game scoring. Otherwise, begin the next round.
