There are a couple of changes in the setup of the advanced game.

Shuffle and deal one advanced goblin card to each player, faceup. Then give the first player pickle to the player who has the lowest rank on their goblin cards upper right corner.

Additionally, shuffle the deck of goblin trick cards and deal 2 cards to each player. Each player may look at their cards, but they are otherwise kept a secret until played.

Also make sure to include the "Tricky Pig" cards into the Squealy Nord mayhem pile, when choosing the random cards to make the Squealy Nord deck.
