Moving Locos and Diesel engines

You may not remove a car or Diesel Engine from the table once it is played, unless you are forced to by a Disaster. Cards, once played, must stay in the same order within their trains. The face-down cards representing Locos may be freely removed from the table during your turn, after you have drawn, and replaced by others. You may not look at them or move them at other times.
