Express: The Railroad Card Game

When players finish their turn

  3. When players finish their turn

When you are finished playing cards, you must have a card in your hand to discard. You must have five or fewer cards in your hand after you discard. Note that you do not have to play any cards at all, unless it is necessary to meet these requirements.

After your discard, all your trains must be legal, with your Way Cars, if any, lined up at the top.
