Each player chooses the color of their Treasure Hunter and takes all three Torch Tokens of that color, placing their matching magnetic piece on their side of the board (with the closed sarcophagus) on the big entrance space.

Afterwards, randomly, keeping the identity of each card secret from the other players, deal each Treasure Hunter 1 Treasure Card in each color. These cards represent the Treasure that the Treasure Hunters are tying to collect in order to win. Players may look at their own Treasure Cards at any time.
