Creates a wall of water on any empty line between squares. It instantly collapses, washing anyone within 2 empty spaces (including the caster) back 2 spaces. Anyone who can’t go straight back takes 1 point physical damage per space they cannot move. Acts as a Counter to Fireball or Wall of Fire, but has no effect on other walls.
