What happens if a player loses more Points than their current score?
A player's score can never be lower than zero. If they lose more points than they currently have, just leave their Point token on "0".

What happens if a player deploys the Golem and the Kraken on the same turn?
The Kraken penalty for Level 2 buildings is applied at the very end of the phase, so every building upgraded by the Golem has to be taken into account.

Do Level 2 Barracks provide Points only for Units with a printed strength of 3?
No
Every Unit with a strength of 3 or more during the Wars phase earns 1 Legend Point, no matter if its strength has been increased by an ability or not.
Can the Time Master place Age tokens on herself?
Yes
How many Gold do players get during the Income phase?
Each player earns 2 Gold from the pool, plus any Gold brought by abilities in their Kingdom.

Can I keep Unit cards from a turn to the next?
Only 1
Among the Unit players do not want to play, they are allowed to keep a single Unit and must discard the others.

What if I don't have enough gold to pay for a Unit?
If a player does not have enough Gold, they have to discard any Unit(s) that they are unable to pay for.

Can I use Gold gained from deploying a Unit to pay for another Unit played on the same turn?
No
Players can never use coin gained from flip effects to pay for deployment during the same turn. They can use Gold gained from negative Unit cost – like the Monkey, for example.
When do I pay for a Unit?
When playing it
Players pay the cost in Gold for Units they add to their Kingdom during the Deployment phase. A Unit that has been brought into play during a previous turn never has to be repaid for.

Can I move a Unit already in play?
Yes
Players can freely move Units from one spot to another during the Deployment phase.

Can I replace a Unit in play with a new one?
Yes
If players lack space in their Kingdom, they can freely discard Units already in play.
What to do when the draw pile runs out?
Just shuffle the discard pile to form a new draw pile.

To the left on turns 1 and 3, to the right on turns 2 and 4. Look at the arrow on the the Turn track if you're not sure.

No
Only Units in the Front participate in Wars – except for special abilities.

Does the Building I'm constructing count for determining the Land Cost?
No
The Land Cost is 2 Gold per Building previously constructed, not counting the one you're currently adding to your Kingdom.

Yes
Remember to pay both the Land cost and Resources cost of both Building Levels.
In what order should simultaneous abilities be resolved?
When needed, apply first the ability of the player with the highest score. In case of a tie, apply first the ability of the player with the least Gold. If players are still tied, randomly determine play order.

How many Units can I have in play?
4 (or 5)
Each player has 4 spaces available for putting their Units into play: 2 in the Front and 2 in the Back. Upgrading at least one Building grants an additional space in the Front.
How can I use Resources?
Resources are required for constructing Buildings and are used for the resolution of some Units’ abilities.
How do I store Resources?
Resources are never materialized by components: they are available for as long as the cards which produce them are in play.
