Each players bid board has spaces that represent a Korvosan citizen who can help your cause.

Each space is either a mono-yellow color, has two colors, or has all three colors. These colors determine which tokens can be used to persuade those citizens:

- Force tokens can be used on citizens that are colored red;

- Blackmail tokens can be used on citizens that are colored black;

- Gold tokens van be used on citizens that are colored yellow;
