To win Tanglewoods: Rose, you must defeat all of the enemies attacking the Beast’s castle before time runs out.

As in all games of 20 Strong, if your Health is ever reduced below 1, you lose. Additionally, you lose if time runs out and you have not defeated all of the enemies. See “Endgame, Victory, & Loss” for more details.
