To play Volcano, you will need the following:

Three trios each of eight different translucent colors of pyramids. Six smalls of opaque pyramids (typically black and/or white). If you have the Pyramid Arcade boxed set, this is all of the pyramids in the set except the large and medium of black and white.

The Volcano board: a board creating a layout of 5x5 squares fitting upright large pyramids.
